Two birds… lovers… one breakup!

Between two asphalts and a heather
Two birds of the same feather –
Lovers in heathen liturgy,
Set ablaze for chaste liberty.

Two birds of the same feather –
He is drunk and she’s in leather;
They shatter each other’s hearts
Entombing lights and muses of fine arts.

Lovers in heathen liturgy
Become shadows of mystery;
Shrouds are set beneath the moon…
Marble crypts unfold at noon…

Between two asphalts and a heather
Ashes spoke in runes of aether
About naked nymphs and truths so lustful…
Time itself would not be trustful!

Set ablaze for chaste liberty
By black magic and Chaos’s wizardry,
The infinite is laid in bones and corpses;
A morbid path… to the solitude fortress.

Set ablaze for chaste liberty,
Between two asphalts and a heather,
Lovers in heathen liturgy:
Two birds of the same feather…
One breakup!
